Born out of my love of aromatherapy, I offer aromatherapy and reflexology in my little treatment room, based in the tranquil village of Stisted, Essex. All of my treatments are infused with aromatherapy, so you can be sure of increased well-being benefits. The Aromatherapy Room is my little treatment room, designed to bring you complete peace and relaxation, and support you on your wellness journey.

What can aromatherapy do for me?

Aromatherapy is a complementary therapy that uses essential oils to bring an overall sense of well-being and support physical and emotional health. Aromatherapy is a wonderful way to promote positive mental well-being, as well as helping with physical ailments. The benefits of essential oils are received through the sense of smell, and skin absorption.. It has been used for thousands of years by ancient cultures in China, India, and Egypt. I use aromatherapy as the basis of all my treatments, whether this is through my home made reflexology balms, or making a personalised product to help you with your own self-care. I offer aromatherapy consultations, where after a detailed consultation I make you your own aromatherapy personal product. This could be a bath oil to help you relax and unwind, a body lotion to sooth tired, dry skin, or an aromatherapy blend to diffuse at home.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on the principle that the body is mapped on the feet. During your reflexology session, I will work on any areas of imbalance to bring an overall sense of well-being and relaxation. It is non-invasive and has many benefits.. I use my knowledge of aromatherapy to bring an added benefit to your reflexology treatment by making all my own reflexology waxes, and once I know my client I can personalise these to enhance your wellbeing.

What to bring: Something to lie on, like a yoga mat; a pillow or something for your head; if you have lower back pain you may want to bring a bolster or cushion for under your knees; a blanket- even when the temperature is hot you can feel cold when deeply relaxed. 

If you have mobility issues and find it difficult to lay on the floor, please speak to me as there are other options. 

What to expect: A deeply relaxing experience. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks. Rather than music with a melody or rhythm, these sounds create soothing, layered tones, to produce relaxing, grounding and meditative states, that help quiet the mind and relax the body.

What do I need to do: Nothing, just lie back and relax…..

Investment: £16. Booking is essential, spaces are limited. 

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different date.
