I’m Julie, and I am the founder and owner of The Aromatherapy Room. The Aromatherapy Room was born out of my love of aromatherapy. I work out of my cosy little treatment room, based in the tranquil village of Stisted, Essex. However, I do offer small group workshops, both in person and online..

Originally trained as a primary school teacher, I have worked with children as young as 3 years of age through to adults, I have worked in SEND settings and with neurodivergent adults and children, and can provide a supportive environment for everyone, helping you to feel at ease.

I moved from London to Essex in 2023 and set up The Aromatherapy Room. A little sanctuary for you to relax and reset. I offer aromatherapy consultations and reflexology in my little treatment room.. All of my treatments are infused with aromatherapy, so you can be sure of increased well-being benefits.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and Professional Reflexology (PR), and I am fully insured. Since training, I have completed courses in Sound Therapy, Soulful Breathing, and Baby massage and reflexology, and Toddler reflexology.

The Little Roots and Bloom Room is my baby and Toddler reflexology. Baby and Toddler reflexology supports parents and caregivers to connect and bond with their children. Baby and toddler reflexology is a gentle, nurturing therapy designed specifically for little ones.
