Appointment Booking

Booking can be done via this booking form, the contact me page, email thearomatherapyroom@gmail.com or just drop me a message on 07920841495.

Please select options – What treatment you would like, (aromatherapy, reflexology or a combination of both), select whether you want an hour or 90 minutes, and then select your availability. This will then show the appointments that are available and you can choose the most convenient slot.

The Aromatherapy Room is open for treatment:

Wednesday 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Thursday 10:00am – 7:00pm

Friday 9:00-7:00pm

Saturdays available on request 9:30am – 12:30am (Please contact me for Saturday appointments)

I can book in follow-up appointments at the end of your treatment, or these can be made by yourself online. If you would like to take advantage of booking a course of treatments to save money, just let me know during your consultation

Please note: I offer a women only massage service. For men booking in for a massage their appointment will be cancelled and reflexology will be offered as an alternative.

Cancellation policy: Where possible, please ensure cancellations are made 48 hours in advance of your appointment time, this allows the opportunity for someone else to use your appointment time.. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to full payment, this includes any appointments made with gift vouchers or prepaid appointments.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally.

If you are experiencing any health issues at the time of your scheduled appointment that may mean it is inappropriate for you to receive aromatherapy massage or reflexology, in particular sickness, cold, flu or fever, please contact me before arriving for your appointment.

If you are pregnant at the time of your appointment, please let me know in advance.

Please check your email for confirmation. This may go into your junk folder. For new clients you will receive an online consultation form.

Treatments and Prices

Mobile service: I am now offering a mobile reflexology service. Mobile reflexology will be offered at £65 within a 5 mile radius of The Aromatherapy Room and a £25 deposit paid in advance to secure your appointment. Contact me to book in for mobile reflexology. Clients outside of this area will be charged an additional fee. Please note: I am only offering reflexology as a mobile service.
