DESCRIPTION:Where: Stisted Village Hall\, Rectory Road\, Stisted CM77 8AL\n\n\nWhat to bring: Something to lie on\, like a yoga mat; a pillow or something for your head; if you have lower back pain you may want to bring a bolster or cushion for under your knees; a blanket- even when the temperature is hot you can feel cold when deeply relaxed.\n\n\nIf you have mobility issues and find it difficult to lay on the floor\, please speak to me as there are other options.\n\n\nWhat to expect: A deeply relaxing experience. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls\, chimes\, and tuning forks. Rather than music with a melody or rhythm\, these sounds create soothing\, layered tones\, to produce relaxing\, grounding and meditative states\, that help quiet the mind and relax the body.\n\n\nWhat do I need to do: Nothing\, just lie back and relax…..ahh!\n\n\nInvestment: £16. Pre-booking is essential\, spaces are limited.\n\n\n\n\n\nBookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different date but can be given to a friend if you cannot make it.
