Reflexology
Aromatherapy Massage & Reflexology Combo
Personalised Aromatherapy Product & Consultation
Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, I aim to support the body’s natural balance and encourage relaxation and wellbeing.
Many people choose reflexology to help reduce stress, ease tension, improve sleep, and support overall wellbeing. Treatments are non-invasive and deeply relaxing, making them suitable for people of all ages. While reflexology is not a substitute for medical care, it can be a valuable addition to a holistic approach to health.
I usually focus on foot reflexology, although can do hand on request. You’ll be asked to remove your shoes and socks before sitting comfortably on the couch. Some clients prefer to recline, while others like to sit more upright—whatever feels best for you. A blanket will be available for added comfort.
The session will start with a gentle foot cleanse using a warm towel, followed by the application of a balm that I create myself. Some balms contain essential oils, while others do not: I will choose the one best suited to your needs. Most balms contain beeswax, but if you prefer a vegan blend please let me know. We will begin with some joint breathing to promote relaxation before I work on your feet. Reflexology should not be painful, but you may notice areas of sensitivity, especially if they relate to parts of the body that need balancing.
At the end of the session, you will have time to rest before putting your shoes back on. I will offer you water and discuss any areas that felt imbalanced, along with aftercare recommendations.

Aromatherapy massage & reflexology combo is a deluxe treatment, designed to help you truly relax. We will discuss your needs and choose an aromatherapy blend just for you, carefully selecting oils based on your preference. Before we begin your treatment, I will guide you on what clothing to remove and ensure that you can do so discreetly. You will be covered with towels and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable. We will start with your back, neck and shoulder massage, and finish with your reflexology.
Throughout the session, I will check in to ensure the pressure is comfortable and talk you through each step to make sure you remain at ease. When the treatment is complete, you will have time to relax before getting dressed. I will provide a screen for privacy and offer you some water to help you rehydrate. Before you leave, we will discuss any aftercare tips to help you maximise the benefits of your treatment.
Please note, I offer a woman only massage service.

An aromatherapy product is made using a blend of essential oils, which are the oils extracted from plants, combined with a carrier oil, cream, or other natural base, depending on your need. These products are created to support physical and emotional wellbeing.
Essential oils are carefully selected for their individual properties — for example, to promote relaxation, uplift mood, support sleep, or ease muscular tension. When applied to the skin or inhaled, these oils interact with the body through both the skin and the olfactory system, encouraging balance and wellbeing.
An aromatherapy consultation is an important part of creating a safe and effective personalised blend. During the consultation, I will discuss your health history, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and any specific concerns or goals you may have. This ensures that the essential oils chosen are appropriate for you and that any contraindications are carefully considered. Following the consultation, a bespoke aromatherapy product is blended specifically to suit your individual needs.
Consultations can take place in my little treatment room, or online. Your product will be made and can be collected from Stisted, or posted out to you.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage
Sound Therapy
Baby Massage & Reflexology, and Toddler Reflexology
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a specialist technique that focuses specifically on supporting the body’s lymphatic system through targeted reflex points on the feet. It was developed by Sally Kay and is based on research into how reflexology may help stimulate lymphatic flow.
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in immune function and fluid balance, helping to remove waste products and excess fluid from the body. When the system becomes sluggish or compromised, it can lead to swelling, heaviness, and discomfort. Reflexology Lymph Drainage uses gentle, precise movements applied to specific reflexes that correspond to the lymphatic system, encouraging natural drainage and supporting overall wellbeing.
This technique is commonly used to support clients experiencing mild fluid retention and has also been used alongside medical care for those managing lymphoedema. Treatments are deeply relaxing, non-invasive, and tailored to your individual needs. While RLD does not replace medical treatment, it can be a supportive complementary therapy as part of a wider healthcare plan.

I offer both group and individual sound therapy. Group sound baths are held at a local village hall. Please see my events page for dates and locations.
One to one sessions are held in my treatment room. After a detailed consultation. you will be directed to lay on the massage couch. I will ensure you are comfortable, and there is a heated blanket if needed, and blankets to keep you warm. You will be offered an eye pillow to help you relax. During your session I will play instruments to ground you, and then instruments to help you focus and meditate. These will typically be Tibetan and crystal bowls. I may also use tuning forks to support vibrational healing. After the session you will have time to relax and get yourself together. We will then discuss how you felt during the session and any aftercare if needed.
45 Minute Sound Therapy £45
Baby and toddler reflexology and massage are gentle, nurturing therapies designed to support your child’s wellbeing through soothing touch.
Reflexology involves applying light pressure to specific points on the feet or hands, while massage uses calm, rhythmic strokes to help relax the body. Both approaches are adapted especially for babies and young children, ensuring they feel safe, comforted, and at ease.
These therapies can help support better sleep, ease restlessness, and encourage relaxation—particularly during times of change such as teething, growth spurts, or starting nursery. They can also help with digestion, reduce tension, and support emotional wellbeing.
Just as importantly, they offer a beautiful opportunity for connection. Through gentle touch and focused attention, your child feels secure, calm, and reassured—while you enjoy a moment of slowing down together.
I offer baby massage & reflexology, and Toddler reflexology in group sessions at local spaces, or Toddler reflexology as a 1:1 online. Please see my Little Roots and Bloom page for more details.
What to Expect from Your First Treatment
Booking your first session is an exciting step toward relaxation and well-being. To help you feel prepared, here’s a guide on what to expect from your first treatment.
Before Your Appointment
Once you book your session, you’ll receive an email with a link to an online consultation form. This form includes general health questions to ensure your treatment is both safe and tailored to your needs. If possible, try to complete this before your appointment to allow for more hands-on treatment time. However, if you don’t get a chance to fill it out in advance, don’t worry—we will go through it together when you arrive. I will also ask a few additional questions about your lifestyle to build a holistic picture of your well-being.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. I work from my studio space at home, so there is no-where to wait. If you are more than 10 minutes early you may have to wait outside if I am with another client.
During Your Treatment
I use a massage couch. If you need assistance getting onto the couch, a stool is available. Your comfort is my priority—I will guide you on how to sit or lie down and adjust the environment accordingly. A heated blanket is available for colder days, and I can dim the lights to create a soothing atmosphere. If you prefer different lighting or have specific temperature preferences, just let me know. I will also play relaxing music, but if you’d rather have silence or something different, I am happy to accommodate your preference.
Final Thoughts
Your first treatment is an opportunity to relax and restore balance. I aim to create a safe and comfortable environment where you can fully unwind. If you have any preferences or concerns, please feel free to share them—I want to ensure your experience is as beneficial as possible.
I look forward to welcoming you to your first session and supporting your journey toward relaxation and well-being!
